His name was spoken with respect and even fear among those who dared challenge his home. But even the strongest warrior can be brought low by betrayal. Captured by slavers after a brutal ambush, Kofi was sold into bondage, his fate sealed by a corrupt official who saw profit in his imprisonment. Now bound in heavy chains, he is kept as a prize, his captors wary of his strength. Despite his restraints, Kofi’s spirit has never been broken. His eyes burn with defiance, and his every movement radiates the potential for rebellion. The chains that bind him may be thick, but Kofi is constantly testing them, biding his time until he can tear them apart—and his captors along with them. Thrain "Deepstone" Ironfoot has spent most of his life deep beneath the surface, delving into the heart of mountains in search of precious ores and gems. His broad shoulders, soot-streaked face, and hands calloused from years of swinging a pickaxe tell the story of a dwarf who knows the earth better than the sky. Thrain is gruff and pragmatic, a man of few words, but he carries with him a deep pride in his work. Born in the mountain stronghold of Khundrak Thol, Thrain is part of a long line of miners who have extracted the riches of the earth for generations. The Ironfoot clan has always been renowned for their skill in mining and their ability to locate rare veins of precious metals, often where others have failed. Thrain inherited this gift, earning the name "Deepstone" for his uncanny ability to sense where the richest veins lie, even deep in the uncharted caverns where others dare not venture. Thrain's life has not been without its challenges. In one mining expedition deep within the mountains, a cave-in claimed the lives of several of his closest kin, leaving him the only survivor. Since that day, he’s become both cautious and fiercely protective of those who work under him. He’s never shied away from hard labor, but the tragedy has left him haunted by memories of the earth swallowing his family whole. Now, he carries a deep respect for the dangers beneath the ground and a fierce determination to ensure no one else under his watch suffers the same fate. Despite his rugged exterior, Thrain is a valuable asset to any adventurer. He knows the underground networks of tunnels, caverns, and forgotten ruins better than most. As a young officer, he rose quickly through the ranks due to his sharp strategic mind and his ability to command respect from both his peers and subordinates. Despite his rigid exterior, Darrow is no fool. He understands the politics of the navy as well as he understands the tides, and he has navigated through both with masterful precision. His monocle is not just a tool to aid his vision; it has become a symbol of his calculated and observant nature. Darrow always has an eye on his enemies, both on and off the seas. Admiral Darrow commands a fleet known for its fearsome discipline and unrelenting efficiency. His flagship, The Ironclad, is as formidable as its namesake, equipped with advanced weaponry and a crew that follows his every command without hesitation. Darrow’s leadership style is strict, but he rewards loyalty and competence. He has no tolerance for disobedience, and his punishments for mutiny or cowardice are severe. Though loyal to the crown in public, there are whispers that Darrow has made deals with powerful merchants and even pirate crews in the past, securing his fleet’s success at any cost. His true motivations remain a mystery to most, though his ambition is clear. He is a man who will do whatever it takes to win, and his enemies would do well to remember that.

Her knowledge of noble politics, commerce, and underground dealings could be useful to those who earn her trust. However, her desire for revenge against those who wronged her is strong, and she won’t rest until her captors—and the people who betrayed her family—are brought to justice.

Brak grew up in the slums, abandoned by his parents at a young age and forced to fend for himself. With few opportunities to rise above his circumstances, he found that the only thing that truly kept him alive was his strength. He became a street fighter, gaining a reputation for being unbeatable in the pit. His brutality earned him the nickname “Knuckles,” both for the way he uses them and how often they are bloodied from his fights. Though he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, Brak is far from mindless. He knows how to navigate the streets and has a strong sense of loyalty to those who pay him well—or those who manage to earn his respect. Most of the time, Brak works as an enforcer for local crime lords or tavern owners who need "problems" taken care of quietly. His favored weapon is a heavy wooden club, which he swings with deadly precision, though he’s just as dangerous with his bare fists. Despite his rough exterior, Brak has a certain code of honor—he won’t harm children or the truly defenseless, and while he’s brutal, he doesn’t take pleasure in mindless violence. He's not above striking a deal if it benefits him or his employer, and in rare moments of downtime, he can be found sitting quietly in the corner of a tavern, nursing a drink and watching the room with a calculating gaze.

She moves gracefully through the bustling room, dodging flying elbows and drunken adventurers, all while keeping everyone well-fed and well-served. Despite her cheerful demeanor, Clara is no stranger to hard work or tough situations. She grew up as the daughter of a traveling merchant, spending her childhood in caravans, learning how to handle herself in dicey negotiations and how to read people quickly. After her father passed away, Clara found herself alone in the world. She eventually settled in the village and started working at The Drunken Barrel, where she quickly became one of the most trusted staff members. Behind her friendly banter and quick smile, Clara has a sharp mind. She listens carefully to the conversations of adventurers and locals alike, and she often knows more than she lets on about the goings-on in the village and the surrounding area. If approached kindly (or if someone leaves a good tip), she can offer useful information or point travelers in the right direction. But those who cross her or treat her rudely will find themselves waiting a long time for their next drink—or worse, with a well-aimed tankard flying their way. Though she avoids trouble, Clara is surprisingly tough when pushed. She carries a small dagger tucked away in her apron, a reminder of her days traveling with her father, and she’s not afraid to use it if a situation gets out of hand. Many have underestimated her, only to regret it later.

After years of perfecting his family’s secret brewing techniques, he set up The Drunken Barrel, a warm, lively tavern that has become the heart of the village. Borin takes great pride in his own signature brew, “Stonebrew’s Stout,” a dark, hearty ale that has gained a reputation far and wide. Despite his friendly demeanor, Borin’s past isn't as cheerful as he lets on. He spent his younger years as a sailor and a mercenary, traveling distant lands and facing danger at every turn. But after years of fighting, he hung up his sword for good and decided to make his fortune through drink rather than blood. Still, Borin keeps a massive warhammer hanging above the bar as a reminder of his old life—a warning to anyone who thinks they can cause trouble in his establishment. The Drunken Barrel is a place where adventurers, travelers, and locals alike gather to share stories, drink away their worries, and enjoy the hearty meals Borin provides. He knows everyone in town and has a sharp eye for troublemakers. Though he’s long retired from battle, there’s no one better to have on your side in a tavern brawl, and Borin’s skill with his fists (and tankard) is legendary.

His back is bent from years of hard labor, and his skin is leathered from the sun and wind. Despite his frail appearance, Harrow always has his trusty pitchfork within reach, a tool as old and worn as he is, but still sharp enough to deter intruders—both animal and human alike. His farm, once thriving, has fallen into disrepair. The fields are overgrown, the fences are broken, and most of his livestock is long gone. His children left for a better life, and his wife passed away many years ago, leaving Harrow alone to tend to his dwindling crops. Yet, he refuses to leave his land, stubbornly holding onto what remains of the life he built. The pitchfork is more than a tool to him—it’s a symbol of his refusal to give up, and he wields it with surprising strength when the need arises. Despite his isolation, Harrow knows everything there is to know about the village and the surrounding lands. He has lived through droughts, wars, and the rise and fall of noble families. He’s seen things come and go that the younger folk have only heard of in stories. He speaks little, and when he does, his words are often cryptic and heavy with meaning, as though he knows more than he lets on. When strangers pass through, they find his farm unsettling, and some swear they’ve seen his pitchfork gleaming ominously in the moonlight, as if it’s guarding more than just his crops. The pitchfork has been with him for decades, and though it's just an ordinary farm tool, Harrow treats it with reverence. There are rumors that it has tasted more than just soil—stories of the old man fending off bandits or strange creatures that roam the countryside at night. Some say the land itself grants him protection, that as long as Harrow holds his pitchfork and stands on his farm, no harm can come to him. Harrow doesn’t speak of such things, but when asked, he’ll just mutter, “This land’s got its secrets. Best you don’t go poking where you ain’t welcome.”

Mortimer Grimshaw, known to locals as “Whisper,” is the undertaker for the town's lone graveyard, a cold and unsettling figure who seems to always be lurking in the shadows. Tall and gaunt, with sunken eyes and pale skin, Mortimer looks more like a corpse than the ones he buries. His bony fingers are always cold to the touch, and his voice is a raspy whisper, hence the nickname. He moves with an eerie stillness, often appearing in places where no one saw him approach. The Grimshaw family has tended to the dead for generations, but Mortimer is the last in the line. He lives alone in a small, dilapidated shack near the cemetery, surrounded by gravestones and rotting coffins. His dealings with the townsfolk are brief and uncomfortable; few can stand his gaze for long. Mortimer speaks little, but when he does, it's usually to offer cryptic insights or unsettling commentary on death, decay, and the fates of those he's buried. Some say Mortimer has an unnatural connection to the dead. There are whispers of strange rituals conducted by moonlight and rumors that he can speak with the spirits of the departed. Children dare each other to run past the graveyard at night, but few are brave enough, for they fear Mortimer might drag them to the grave with him. Mortimer is not an evil man, but his affinity for death makes others uneasy. His knowledge of local legends, forgotten graves, and old secrets makes him a valuable (if unnerving) source of information for those who dare seek him out. And though he is often seen as strange, no one can deny that when it comes to the dead, Mortimer Grimshaw is the best at what he does—perhaps too good.

A large, rotund man with a belly as massive as his appetite, Gorrim is rarely seen without his bloodstained apron and a cleaver in hand. His shop is a staple of the village, where he prepares cuts of meat from livestock, game, and sometimes creatures brought in by adventurers. Despite his jovial exterior and hearty laugh, Gorrim has a darker side. In his younger days, he served in a brutal mercenary company, where his skills in slaughtering beasts transferred seamlessly to dispatching enemies. After retiring from the bloodshed, he set up shop, preferring the quiet life of a butcher. However, the blood on his hands isn't always from animals, and rumors abound that Gorrim is still willing to take on "special" jobs for the right price. Though he presents himself as a humble tradesman, Gorrim is far from defenseless. Beneath his layers of fat is a man who can wield his cleaver with deadly precision, making him a potential ally—or dangerous foe—for those who cross his path.

The Gutterfangs: A Goblin Gang’s Tale Deep within the twisted labyrinth of the Shadowmire Swamp, where the sun barely pierces the thick canopy and the air hangs heavy with the stench of decay, a band of goblins known as The Gutterfangs has carved out a brutal existence. Once part of a larger goblin tribe, they were exiled after a failed coup against their tyrannical chieftain. His dreams were filled with images of ancient ruins and mysterious artifacts. He felt a pull towards something greater, a destiny unfulfilled. To the dismay of his parents, he decided to leave Mudwallow to seek his fortune and uncover the secrets that haunted his dreams. Cogwhirl was fascinated by the concept of combining magic and machinery.

Turning Point

When he was just 30 years old (practically a teenager by gnome standards), a fateful accident occurred. A magical experiment went haywire, resulting in an explosion that destroyed his workshop and gravely injured him. Refusing to be daunted, Cogwhirl saw this as an opportunity. Using both arcane and engineering knowledge, he modified his own body, integrating mechanical parts to replace his damaged limbs. The operation was a success, and Cogwhirl became Gearhold's first-ever "autognome."

Personality Traits

Cogwhirl is inquisitive and eternally optimistic, always eager to explore new possibilities. His body now a fusion of magic and machinery, he feels a deep connection to both domains and seeks to be a living example of harmony between the two.

Goals and Motivations

Cogwhirl eventually left Gearhold to explore the wider world, searching for arcane artifacts and ancient tomes that might allow him to further refine his hybrid nature. He's driven by a desire to perfect the union of magic and machinery, not just for himself but to help society at large. He hopes that his work might one day create a new way of life that combines the best of both worlds.

Weaknesses and Flaws

His insatiable curiosity often lands him in dangerous situations, and his eagerness to integrate new technologies into his body can sometimes backfire, causing malfunctions or unexpected magical outbursts. However, for Cogwhirl, every failure is just another stepping stone on the path to greater understanding.

Swapmini 66 - Fizzlewhip Merrytoe- Jester Fizzlewhip Merrytoe wasn't always a jester. Born to a family of tailors in the quiet town of Needlepoint, he was expected to take up the family trade. However, Fizzlewhip found sewing and mending clothes dreadfully dull. The young boy had a fire in him, a need to entertain and bring joy to the people around him. As a child, he was always the class clown, using slapstick comedy and tricks to get laughs. He even started learning simple magic tricks, using the limited resources he had. However, his parents disapproved of his antics, worrying that his behavior would tarnish the family name. At the age of 17, Fizzlewhip ran away from home and joined a traveling circus. It was here he met Dara, an elderly jester who took him under her wing. Under Dara's tutelage, he honed his skills in acrobatics, juggling, and even learned some Bardic magic to enchant his performances. Life was good, but it didn't last. The circus was attacked by a band of Orc raiders. In the fray, Dara was gravely wounded and told Fizzlewhip to run away. Fizzlewhip managed to escape but could never forgive himself for not being able to protect his mentor and friends. Now, Fizzlewhip roams from town to town, a jester by trade but an adventurer at heart. He has a pouch full of tricks, a lute that he barely knows how to play, and an insatiable desire to bring joy to an often too-serious world. Deep down, he hopes to find the Orc band that destroyed his happiness and bring them to justice.

Personality Traits

Fizzlewhip is carefree and always looking for a laugh, but he has a serious side that comes out in moments of peril. He is fiercely loyal to his friends, driven by the memory of those he lost.

From an early age, Throgg displayed an uncanny intelligence and a sadistic sense of pleasure in causing suffering. While other young trolls were content hunting smaller animals, Throgg was different. He trapped dark fairies and twisted forest sprites, binding them into cursed talismans for rituals that should have been beyond his young age. He quickly gained favor with the tribe's twisted shaman, who saw Throgg as a worthy vessel for the dark powers they served. The clan faced a crisis when a group of paladins from a nearby kingdom ventured into the forest to purify it. It was Throgg who led the ambush, cunningly leading the paladins into a trap where the tribe could attack them from all sides. Each paladin was captured alive, only to be sacrificed in an unholy ritual that further strengthened the clan's dark powers. When he came of age, the twisted shaman passed down to Throgg an ancient prophecy. The prophecy spoke of a "Heart of Shadows," a mysterious and immensely powerful artifact lost to the ages. It was said that whoever possessed the Heart could control untold legions of dark creatures and bend them to their will. The prophecy claimed that Throgg would be the one to find it and fulfill their dark destiny. Emboldened by this prophecy, Throgg departed from his clan, carrying with him a blade crafted from the bones of the sacrificed paladins. His quest for the Heart of Shadows was not just about fulfilling a prophecy; it was about thirst for power, an insatiable need to dominate and subjugate the weak. Along the way, he left a trail of devastation, bending darker creatures to his will and forming a roving band of monstrous followers. Now, Throgg stands at the cusp of his destiny, his dark ambitions casting a long shadow that threatens to envelop the realms. As his power grows, so does his reputation, drawing both zealous followers and desperate enemies. But Throgg cares for neither; in his quest for power, only one thing is clear—either you are with him, or you are simply another sacrifice in his dark ascent.

Lupin, being a quick learner and naturally agile, swiftly rose through the ranks of the tribe's hunters. His relentless determination, strategic mind, and feral prowess were traits admired by all. One day, while Lupin was on a solo hunting trip, he was ambushed by a strange creature, a rogue werewolf, consumed by its feral side and trapped between forms. They fought fiercely, but the beast was ferocious and unyielding. Lupin managed to wound it severely, but not before it had inflicted a deep, cursed gash upon him. Lupin slayed the beast, but the damage had been done; he had been cursed with the chaotic and uncontrollable power of a true werewolf. As days turned into weeks, the full effect of the curse took hold. On nights when the moon was full, Lupin would lose control, becoming a creature of pure instinct, unbound by reason or morality. It brought him immense pain and guilt, especially when he realized he was a danger to his own tribe. So, he chose exile, leaving his people to keep them safe from his uncontrollable transformations. This wasn't out of malice or a desire for power, but from a naive and misguided belief that he could conquer death and bring about an age of immortality. However, as Vardor delved deeper into necromancy, his personality changed. He became obsessed, isolated, and driven to madness by the whispers of the spirits he summoned. He conducted horrifying experiments on the deceased, breaking every taboo in his quest to master death. When his gruesome actions were discovered, Vardor was expelled from the university and exiled from Eryndor. Disgraced and furious, he retreated into the shadowy corners of the world, vowing to prove the power and necessity of his dark research. Over the years, he grew more powerful and less human. He replaced parts of his own body with necrotic grafts to extend his lifespan, becoming a horrifying hybrid of life and death. He built a fortress in the heart of a cursed forest, which is now filled with undead creatures under his command. Now, as Vardor Deathveil, he haunts the kingdom he once called home, a constant threat lurking in the darkness. His goals are twofold: revenge on the people who cast him out and a relentless pursuit of eternal life, no matter the cost. His former humanity is all but lost, replaced by a being consumed with bitterness, anger, and an unending thirst for power over life and death. His name has become a whispered warning, a tale told to illustrate the tragic cost of ambition without restraint. And yet, Vardor's story isn't over. The choices he makes, the alliances he forms, and the confrontations he faces could still shape his path. After all, even in the deepest darkness, there may yet be a glimmer of light.

He was forced to shoulder the harshest labor, but each hardship only made him stronger, steeled his resolve. Trusk was more than a survivor, though. Even in chains, he was a leader, a warrior at heart. Under the cover of night and the murmurs of fellow slaves, he honed his combat skills, waiting, planning for the right moment to strike. The opportunity came during a relentless storm that provided him the perfect cover. Under the cloak of darkness, with the guards scattered and their attention diverted, Trusk led a daring rebellion. The chains were shattered, and the slave encampment turned into a beacon of hope for those who had believed freedom was a lost dream. Freedom was just the beginning for Trusk. He swore an oath that night – an oath to end slavery, to protect the innocent, to fight so that no one else would have to endure the pains he had suffered. He became Trusk Dusthoof, the warrior, a living testament to the spirit of freedom and resilience. With his impressive strength, honed skills, and unyielding spirit, he turned into a force to be reckoned with. His name started to echo through the lands, a symbol of hope for the oppressed and a figure of terror for the oppressors. Now, Trusk wanders the land, not as a victim but as a liberator. Throughout the ages, Zarif amassed a collection of unfortunate souls who had fallen victim to his trickery. They became his loyal minions, bound by his dark magic and forced to serve his every command. Together, they wreaked havoc and sought to manipulate the mortal realm to their advantage. In the depths of his lair, Zarif discovered a forbidden tome of ancient spells. These forbidden incantations granted him even greater power over the elements and the ability to bend reality to his will. With his newfound knowledge, Zarif set his sights on overthrowing other powerful entities and establishing himself as the true ruler of the elemental planes. Finally, an old classic: The Firbolg. This unique creature is not commonly seen in the world of DnD, and it has a distinct appearance that sets it apart from other beings. I've created a faithful representation of the Firbolg as it appears in the 5e version of the game, while also incorporating some Viking elements to enhance its original vision. One of the most interesting features of the Firbolg is its ability to change its size and I've also included an extra set of legs, making it a versatile and valuable addition to any adventure. Swapmini 53 - Clopper - faun/satyr and classics** **available Clopper was born into a small satyr clan nestled in the heart of a dense forest. As a young satyr, he quickly showed a talent for archery and sword fighting, skills that would later become invaluable to him. His clan taught him the art of tracking, hunting, and gathering, but Clopper always longed for something more. He was fascinated by the world outside of the forest and often dreamt of adventure. One day, while out on a hunt, Clopper stumbled upon a group of adventurers. They were in the midst of battling a group of goblins and seemed to be struggling. Clopper didn't hesitate to join in and used his archery skills to help turn the tide of the battle. The adventurers were grateful for his help and offered him a place among their group. Clopper saw this as an opportunity for adventure and quickly accepted. Over the years, Clopper traveled with the group, honing his skills and learning new ones. He became a fierce warrior, able to take on even the strongest foes. However, despite his love of adventure, he never forgot about his clan and the lessons they taught him. He would often return to the forest to share his knowledge with his kin and to help protect them from the dangers that lurked in the woods. As time went on, Clopper's reputation as a skilled fighter grew, and he became known throughout the land. Many sought him out, hoping to learn from him or to ask for his help in battle. Clopper was always willing to lend a hand, but he never forgot where he came from or the lessons he had learned. He remained humble and true to his roots, always eager to help those in need. Today, Clopper still travels the land, seeking adventure and fighting for what is right. He is a symbol of hope for those who need it most, a warrior of great skill and a champion of the downtrodden. And though he has seen much in his travels, he still feels most at home in the forest among his kin.

Gogrok was unlike any other Ogre that had ever been seen before. He stood over 12 feet tall, with skin as tough as steel and muscles as thick as tree trunks. His eyes glowed a fiery red and his breath smelled of rotting flesh. Legend has it that Gogrok was born to a tribe of Ogres that lived in the heart of the Dark Forest. From a young age, it was clear that Gogrok was different from the other Ogres. He was bigger, stronger, and more aggressive than any of his kin. He had a fierce hunger for power and a thirst for blood that could not be quenched. As he grew older, Gogrok's lust for power only intensified. He began to challenge the other Ogres in his tribe, fighting them one by one until he had defeated them all. With each victory, he grew stronger, more powerful, and more feared. But Gogrok's insatiable hunger for power was not satisfied by defeating his own kin. He began to venture out of the Dark Forest, attacking nearby villages and towns, pillaging and plundering as he went. The people of Aranthia lived in fear of Gogrok, knowing that he could strike at any moment. It wasn't long before the kingdom of Aranthia sent their bravest warriors to take on Gogrok. But no matter how many warriors they sent, Gogrok proved to be too powerful for them. His strength was unmatched, and his hunger for blood was insatiable. As the years went by, Gogrok became a legend in his own right, feared and revered by all who knew of him. Many tales were told of his exploits, of the battles he had fought and the villages he had destroyed. Today, Gogrok still roams the Dark Forest, a feared and powerful Ogre who will stop at nothing to satisfy his lust for power and bloodshed. And so, the people of Aranthia live in constant fear, knowing that Gogrok could strike at any moment, and that no one is safe from his wrath.

Thanks to all Tribers for your support in march . If you not a Triber you can still get this months rewards .

Another month is coming and I have been running to get these out on time ( like usual) . I finally got to make a character I have always wanted to make : the plague doctor The plague doctor- Scrappy looking character  with clothed stitched and torn . with loads of straps and belt buckles .Not to mention the amount of pouches for his weird instruments or medications. on his belt  you will see a hanging selection of macabre tools for his activity ( stoping the plague no doubt) . Included are 5 heads. Unmasked doctor , various hats and hoddies with the most typical bird style mask .Included is also a more modern gas mask version  in a steampunk style to strike fear in the hearts of your adventurers or enemies. the amor parts included for chest ,  and shoulders look like they were made from some left over boiler plate. The hands include items like a Syringe, scythe, saw sword,  rat walking cane , lantern, gas bomb and a sawed double barrelled shotgun. ( and the standard  closed and open hands).Besides the standard inch play base , you get a display base set in a sewer with rats :) Swapmini 32- Omog - Omog - Stone ,Crystal or rune Golem Sometimes swapmini can be challenging ( they all have their own special challenges ). But this  stone golem was different than most. This creature wouldn't typically have alot of accessories . So I thought of making a basic rock golem ( or earth elemental if you prefer) that you could change into a crystal golem or even a runic golem . This swapmini has 5 heads ranging from rock , crystal , to a runic helmet style. Open and closed hands for all 3 styles . plus a runic sword for left and right hands  or a more basic stone club. chest, back and shoulders also have the 3 styles available. stone  , Crystal and even a rune stone amor.Oh forgot to say ..he is about double the height of a normal swapmini. both swapminis have 2 classic version available Throwback-Swapmini 8 - Suhltar Warfang -Orc warrior And for April throwback I chose one of my favorite swapminis. the orc  ( from April 2021 I hope you all enjoyed this months rewards Here is the reveal of next months swapminis minis.
