The STL we provide are for personal use (check the rules at the end of this page), if you want to sell our prints through a home-business, join our
Patreon Merchant Tier. Once you join, in this post you will find the license and all the material you need! The Merchant Tier, however, is limited: keep an eye for open spots if you are interested!

are meant for you, as Patron and no one else.
By downloading content made by us (STL, shared links), you accept this Agreement and consent to be bound by its provisions. If you do not acknowledge, or agree with these terms, do not download the content we provide:•
Kyoushuneko is the owner of the STL files. The STL files are a copyrighted work belonging to
Kyoushuneko Miniatures only.
• Kyoushuneko Miniatures grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files.
• You may only use the content provided by us (STL and their location Links
) for personal use, and you are
not allowed to distribute or sell them or the prints unless you are our Merchant.
• You can cut/resize our files to fit better your printer, for personal use only.
• You are not allowed to edit our 3D Files (STL) or use portions of them to create new Content with the intention to sell.
• You can take photos, make live streams and video with our models (ideally for Paint sessions or showing 3D printer results) if you state that the models have been made by us. In this case, promoting our
Patreon page and
MyMiniFactory Store by tagging us would be greatly appreciated, and we will be more than happy to repost and promote your work in our social media sites as our way of supporting you in return.
• All the previous points apply for those who belong to the Merchant Tiers too, with the exception that they can sell prints of our models (not files!) if they remain in that Tier.

Merchant Tiers: is meant for people running a business on their home printers only and not for any type of mass production.
Kyoushuneko Miniatures reserves the right to determine if you are complying and has the right to cancel a Merchant License at any time in its sole discretion and refund that month's Merchant Fee as compensation.

Merchant Tiers: As a
Kyoushuneko Patreon Merchant, you will be able to sell the Models that you have accessed on the month you have joined and onwards, and you will have
Access 50% MMF Discount Code.

Merchant Tiers: In the event that you choose to unsubscribe to our Merchant Tier, you are expected to de-list all Kyoushuneko Miniatures products in your store. Failure to do so, Kyoushuneko has the right to take necessary action to protect the Artists' tabletop miniature designs.

All copyrights belong to Kyoushuneko Miniatures only. No rights are assigned or transferred to the end-user. Our designs are protected by intellectual property laws.
By becoming our Patron, you help support Artists like us, in doing our passion, which is creating tons of exciting and quality miniatures for your tabletop and wargaming needs.
