I plan for next year every year at the end of the year, but I don't think it's always been done properly. But I'm always trying to set goals and achieve them. There are a few things I want to try, The first thing is to get funding. I'm thinking of creating a D&D proxy character. Every character will be a woman, probably a normal standing pose, and a pin-up model like the character from Kingdom death. However, the obstacle is that these processes cannot be disclosed. As we have to proceed with other tasks at the same time, fatigue will increase a little. Second, I'm trying to use SNS a little hard. Since I rarely do marketing and promotion, my visitors and sales are plummeting. I'm going to post it on various sites to promote it. The third goal was this year, and I would like to hold a painting contest for my work in Korea. Personally, it hasn't been a good year. But as time goes by, some problems are solved on their own, and I have to work hard to solve some problems. I hope next year will be a better year.

Let's move on to the work. I uploaded 40 works based on MMF. I worked on about 25 topics, The requested works of 11 long-term subscribers have been carved.

Gargoyle Guard, X-ray girl, Lamia, Racing Suit girl, Rococo Dress, Burlesque Dancer, Sona, Kobold, Gadgets, Tarot, etc

I have also produced requests from long-term subscribers. I want to keep the reward system for long-term subscribers. However, it's slowing down too much. I can't think of a suitable solution yet, but I'm going to try in many ways.

Usually, the price of a piece I do is between $2500 and $4000. I'm sure it's a bad business, but I'll do my best to maintain this system because you trust me and think it's a reward for a long time of subscription. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From here, it is a short appreciation and review of this year's works. The numbers in parentheses are personal scores. They are completeness, sales, or subjective appreciation. The higher the satisfaction, the lower the satisfaction, the more difficult it is, or the production has no significance. 1. Gargoyle guard (3.5 /5.0) - It was a request work from long-term subscribers, and there was an interesting design. I remember having more fun working on it than I thought. It was fun to make armor after a long time. 2. Belly Dancer02 (5.0 /5.0) - This is one of my favorite pieces of work I made this year. I remember putting a lot of time and effort into decorating and putting a lot of effort into producing a pretty silhouette. 3. Dark elf Sorceress (4.3 /5.0) - This was also the request of a long-term subscriber. The motif was the dark elf of 'Lineage 2', and I remember making the base to express the magic. I remember when I was making her outfit, I tried to create the feeling of a dark elf Sorceress. 4. Athena & X-ray frame girl (3.0 /5.0) - This work was also produced at the request of long-term subscribers. This work had a lot of worries about the direction of the work. When a woman held up a see-through frame, she thought a lot about whether it would be pretty, and she chose Greek clothes and frames to give it artistry. However, it was designed to be used as Athena by changing its direction slightly because it was too much to be used as it is. 5. WW2 Pin up girl (2.5 /5.0) - This was probably a topic that was voted on. Personally, the World War II theme is something that I always enjoy, and it's already being reproduced too much, so I remember that I cared about making pin-up girls my own way. 6. Lamia (3.8 /5.0) - This was done at the request of long-term subscribers. It was fun to produce warm-feeling monmusu. Basically, female monster characters were consumed a lot with pretty vicious images, and it was fun to create characters where you could enjoy a cup of coffee. 7. Racing girl (3.1 /5.0) - This work was also made at the request of long-term subscribers. I realized something now, but I think grid girl is the right expression. I don't know why, but I remember working harder than I thought. 8. Female Jester (1.5 /5.0) - I remember this being voted on. I remember thinking about choosing a pose. The production wasn't difficult, but I don't think I had a lot of fun working on it. 9. Pose08 (0.5 /5.0) - This work was a little experimental. I only outsourced the human body work to the student I taught to proceed with it. The results were not as good as I thought, and I remember finishing it in a hurry. Rococo Dress girl (3.8/5.0) - This character was created at the request of a long-term subscriber. The dress took a long time, and I remember working quite hard on it. Producing frills always takes a long time, but after it's done, I feel proud. 14. Anti-Tank girl (2.5/5.0) - This character was created with the intention of using it for a skirmish game later on. Since then, I've changed the production system a bit. Like when I was creating a game character, I tried to create different poses by planting bones in her body. It's a character that I worked on without much thought, so it's not pretty, and it's a very subtle piece of work. 15. A burlesque dancer (3.2/5.0) - This character is also a request from a long-term subscriber. It's a piece that I'm disappointed that it didn't make the feel of a burlesque** **as good as I thought. The thick fan is also a bit disappointing because it has to make a thickness of more than a certain amount due to the specific 3D printing. 16. White Shirt girl (1.5/5.0) - I haven't worked on pin-ups for a long time, so I made it. It's a work that doesn't leave a big memory because I worked so thoughtlessly, and only a lot of regrets are highlighted. 17. Heavenly Maiden(2.5/5.0) - This work was also made at the request of long-term subscribers. The motif was Sona, and I didn't have much difficulty producing it, but I remember struggling to find a pretty silhouette. 18. However, it was ambiguous to release individually, so I released it with a steampunk girl I worked with before. 19. Squad leader - Chibi ver.(2.5/5.0) - This character is made in a chibi version, and the size of the character I produce feels quite big to be used as a general game object. Rather than reducing the general size, I thought it would be better to produce it with good visual acuity, so I made it by adjusting the various ratios. 20. Sexy Nurse (3.0 /5.0) - This is a character that I used as a demo while teaching students the basic functions of the Zbrush program. The concept art was made with AI, but it was made pretty, so I used it as it is. 21~22. Squad leader Bust & Steampunk girl Bust (2.0/ 5.0) - These are works that have been cut and re-uploaded from old works. This is a burst made in preparation for an event in March next year. 23. Pirate renewal (4.0/5.0) - This work is a renewal of the old work. At this time, there was a bit of burnout and slump. The work took longer, and I needed something to refresh, so I took out the old work again and proceeded. The quality was satisfactory. 23. I was a little sick, so I thought about various things while lying down, and now I'm recovering and working passionately. In March next year, there is a process of selecting files and works that need to be printed to participate in the event in Korea. I've been producing a variety of female characters with over 20 themes every year, and there hasn't always been a good result (sales or popularity), but I've been working hard to maintain good quality. Unlike last year, this year, we changed our strategy and focused on increasing productivity. We have increased the number of uploads and changed the price to a little cheaper. When I objectively compare last year's work to this year's, I feel that the quality continues to decline, to be honest. I'm a commercial artist, but I don't want to carve ordinary works that are mass-produced like in large companies or factories. I don't want the money you pay to be spent like that either. In conclusion, I will work on the current work with a little time buffer. This post is about to talk about a small painting competition in Korea and how I feel about it.

The first three pictures are by Painter called The Onion Knight. They won first and third places at the Golden Demonstration held in the U.S.

I've only been in this miniature industry for about three years, and I wasn't really interested in painting. I'm just a person who loves to carve characters. But I saw a bunch of passionate painters in this small competition, and I thought I should work harder to make them have more fun hobbies and make my work look better.

It was a miniature-loving individual competition, and about 40 painters participated. I was in charge of trophy making (last picture).

They're photographs of participating works. It's been a very interesting experience, and I also think that I need to do some painting, not sculpture and printing, to help me develop my work.

If I have a chance, I want to start with a small warhammer miniature and have the ability to paint my work.

Right now, I have financial difficulties. I started with digital files and your precious subscription fees, but I've been seeing a steady decline in sales since the middle of last year. I'm holding out now because I'm doing occasional commissions with my printing business.

I don't want to find the reason out of external factors, because even at this moment, artists in the same industry are doing a good job, just because I don't think my work has been chosen by consumers.

I've been thinking about a couple of things,

First of all, the absence of marketing is the biggest. It takes quite a lot of extra time to film, edit, and upload to YouTube or Instagram. I have to do it one day, but I don't have any personal time at the moment because of the time I have to produce and other work. Sometimes, I end up posting my work process on Instagram.

The second is productivity. I make one or two a month and upload it, but for the same price, I can take more pieces from other artists. This is a pretty big flaw for me as well.

Third, quality. Personally, I'm doing my best, but I don't think it's the best quality I can. My mother language is Korean, and when I write, I use an English translator to shorten the time, but I think there was a happening when I uploaded it without checking it at all. Many patrons commented on this work in progress, but I couldn't reflect all opinions. The title of this work was originally 'an obedient queen'. I wanted to make a humiliating pose on the throne. It may be the place that symbolizes her authority, and protects her, but I wanted to express her humiliation on that throne. I know that her position of the arms, the legs, the proportions and facial expressions and poses are all abnormal and not natural. Nevertheless, there are a few reasons to keep going without modifications, the first being to pursue my personal artism and the second being profitability. I tend to be more concerned with communicating the intention of the work, even if it's slightly inaccurate, rather than pursuing a realistic work.The reason why I can't show my work intention and write a long explanation is because I still lack art. The first story that came to my mind was Daphne from Greek and Roman mythology. In the comic book I saw in elementary school, I was very impressed by the scene where she turned into a tree to avoid Apollo's love. Already the best representation of this theme is the Apollon and Daphne by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Come back to my work, I was thinking about which Dryad to make. There's always a lot of mythological and fantasy-themed works already made, and there's a desire to produce something different from them. When I saw the poster of Ghost in the Shell in the old vote, I thought it would be cool to sculpt the process of her transformation into a tree, but I thought it would be harder to get a better picture than I thought. So I have a dryad behind her that kidnaps her, but it's a sitting position that doesn't look like a tree, but rather looks like she's being held back by Naga. By changing the plan, I think it will be easier to hold the texture of the wood or the silhouette of the wood if you strike a standing pose first, and to work more erotic, I'm proceeding with a sculpture that looks like a Nymph caught by Forest Dryad.
