Ho Ho Ho! The first part of the December Release is here!

• Prime Jaegers - Strikers Jump Infantry in three styles (Knight, Bushi and Tactical). Includes plenty of equipment options to enable those guys to fulfil various roles on the battlefield. You can also find there skull helmets and pads with Puppets skull icons that I developed for my own army, I figured some of you might like them as well. Flight Stand Solution - I decided to go with the foot slot for a 1mm diameter metal rod/paperclip. Why? After a thorough exploration of the subject and a few experiments with various designs of terrain pieces and possible smoke effects, I concluded that a metal rod was the only option I could get behind in this case. Rods will not interfere with the style of basing you choose for your forces, will allow you to adjust the height of the model according to your individual preferences and most importantly will provide needed durability without ruining the light and dynamic look of the models. The files for the unsupported versions have already been shared.
• 4 in 1 Fantasy Player - one of my older designs that got a few little touchups. I decided to share it with you guys as a Christmas gift unrelated to our regular programming. Files are supported, you can find them in your MMF accounts.
• Orc Surgeons - The set is almost ready, it will be fully revealed and shared within a few days with the January lineup announcement, so stay tuned As always, thank you for your patience, trust and ongoing support! Hi Gang, For the last few months, we have been working behind the scenes on changes to many of our sets. The goal was to improve the quality and functionality of our existing models. This will affect a lot of units so we figured that it would be best to let you know about it here. What we have done:

• Rework of the Alpha Sector Bases, now you will have more options to choose from, detail is not so pronounced so it should be easier to put miniatures on the bases, we also added slots for 5x2mm magnets for those who prefer to use magnetic cases. We will add all the new bases to the Welcome pack. You might remember a few sets that were updated not long ago but now, when most of the work is done we are finally ready to start updating our range.
• All the Strikers infantry sets will be expanded with a new body type - one with possible balljoint arms. Also, all 2x1mm magnets will be changed to 3x1mm magnets which were not strong enough for some types of weapons. Our goal was to make all models cohesive with one clear assembly system, the same even for different body sizes, so for example now there will be no arms with the magnet slots in the shoulder.
• The content of the few sets will be changed to make the range more readable and easier to navigate. A few kits will be expanded with extra parts, few will disappear from our catalogue in their current form. We will not delete any sets from our libraries, just in a few cases make them private and add a folder with new parts so if any of the sets you own will be affected by those changes you will be able to download the latest version by MMF.
• Speed Striker just got a little facelift. We decided that the model needs a few more details (all original parts are still part of the set in case you prefer the previous look). MMF set was just changed so you can already download the updated version.
• A few Bug sets will get scale changes and we will add magnet slot options for arms of Brute Bugs, Hive Lords, Soldier Bugs, Guard Bugs and Trooper bugs. The task of updating all of them will take some time, we have a plan to gradually make changes case by case, and we will be informing you about each of that kinds of changes in #news on our Discord. As soon as possible, we will update your MMF with supported versions. We thought that in this month we would be able to catch up and deliver supports on time but something came up. Unexpectedly we got involved in The 40k World Team Championship that will take place next week in Belgium. We prepared a few sets for the Polish National Team, and due to this cooperation, we ended up sculpting The Exorcist Battlewalker arms upgrade set (new files were already added to our existing MMF set) and Tomb Strikers which we decided to be part of our August Release. A lot of files for this set are already done so for the first time in many months we can share some Preview for what you will be getting next month! In August you will be getting:

• Orc Half-Cyborg War-chopper Rider
• Demonic Elementals - infantry units in three sizes, regular, medium and small
• Tomb Strikers squad (based on existing Knight-style bodies of gunners and elite strikers)

Hi, Gang! June releases are finally done! Emperorc of Orkind, Giant Digger Bug and Inferno Strikers conversion set are ready to download. This time delay was caused mostly by the fact that on top of the monthly release, we also scheduled work on a few older sets that in our mind needed a few tweaks: Orcs in Buster Armour, RaptOrcs Cavalry, and Raptorc Leader got improved detail and scale changes. Prime Snipers and a Captain soon will be available in knight and bushi style and also will have magnet-ready rifles. Hi, Gang! Orc Trackers Squad and Exorcist Battlewalker finally arrived! Trackers Squad consists of all needed files but yet again, we did not manage to prepare and test all supports for the second set - the Exorcist Battlewalker. For now, you have only access to all unsupported files of this kit and in a couple of days, we will update your MMF with supported versions. We are sorry for this delay and inconvenience. Turned out that the lineup consisting of the Orc squad and a New variant of Striker Battlewalker in all needed styles and armament was not easy to pull off for me in the timeframe I set for myself. It was a wild ride and I'm extremely happy with the results but I also feel that I need to be more responsible with monthly lineup selection. Considering all that, my idea for next month is to construct the whole April release around bits for Orcs and Strikers. There are plenty of bits projects that I wanted to make but did not find a way to incorporate them into monthly releases yet. There are also a few sets that fit the bill from our physical catalogue that should be ready to go just with a minor work required or sets that I made by hand years ago and I did not find time to resculpt them in 3d, and now it will be perfect time to do so. I also strongly encourage you to let me know what heads, helmets, weapons, pads, model decorations would you like me to create for this pack. Hi Gang! Cavalry has arrived! The last of the February release is finally here! We have for you striker Jet bikers in three usual styles, a specific Jetbike Knight Hero and a bunch of themed bits to accompany him.  Additionally, we use this project as an opportunity to revisit previously released bikers, on top of preparing all parts for Jet Bikers we made new versions of bike strikers to make them on par with our current releases (those new redesigned parts  will be added to already existing products on MMF) Unfortunately, jet again we did not manage to prepare and test all supports for the last release on time. For now, you have access to all unsupported files of this set and in a couple of days, we will update your MMF with supported versions. We are terribly sorry for this delay and inconvenience. We know that the lack of regular studio updates,  release sets during the last days of the month and occasional delays in providing supported files are not great for you guys. Hi Gang! December Strikers are now ready for you to download ! You will find there Prime Strikers in three styles, sets that will allow you to deploy more combat-oriented Strikers with any equipment configuration you like. On top of new stuff (all reposed and improved bodies, wing packs, pads, heads and weapons) you will be able to see there are a lot of previously released bits, this is due to changes that we are slowly incorporating into our Digital Strikers range. We plan to have core units for each armour type and style we are currently running. This month's Strikers and last month's Gunners are the first sets we created with this philosophy in mind. These sets should cover all your wargame needs for models of each type and will serve us as a template if we decide to start a new theme line like Norse, Cursed, Spartan or any other. Another feature of this month's release is Themed Packs, this time we prepared Vampire and Angel Sets. This is also a brand new concept, a set that includes one character and a lot of bits that will allow you to further customise our core units.  Thanks to this new system we will be able to create themed sets of any kind that will allow us to jump on various striker styles, providing you with fun heroes and conversions sets designed to complement basic units like Prime strikers or gunners. We have many ideas for that kind of Packs but let us know what themes you would like to see us working on. In our mind, these range changes are necessary to properly organise our Digital catalogue and give us a clear path to go forward with upcoming releases. Many of the existing sets will be updated, reorganised or rereleased but we would like to ensure all of you who have access to them that those remain in your libraries no matter what even if for any reason some sets will not be visible in our MMF basic catalogue in the current form. Changes will mostly affect Strikers but a few sets of Orcs and Bugs might also be cough up in this process. Now about upcoming releases and changes to our usual lineups. I feel like I need to address this personally so let me introduce myself, I'm Adrian, and I'm responsible for all the design work and the vast majority of the sculpting in Puppetswar. The model I set for myself to work simultaneously on three different armies on a monthly basis, providing each faction release with a proper volume and quality pushed me to my limits lately and I feel that it needs to be changed. All those release lines are my great passion and I did everything I could to continue this model of work but I'm at a point where I do not feel able to deliver my vision on time and if I do not change my approach I will eventually not meet the deadline or create figures that I will not be proud of. The only solution to this problem I see now is to stop committing to all three factions each month. I feel that by staying with two I will be able to get back on track with the release timeframe and build space for creating more exciting projects like vehicles or bigger monsters that I would love to jump into but are impossible for me to tackle in the current state of things. Hopefully, in the future, I will also be able to expand my artistic team and release models that will be in line with my vision and expectations faster but now I need to rely mostly on myself. Considering all of the above, in December I decided to release a few designs from our resin range that I think will be a nice refresher for you guys and most importantly will allow me to catch some breath. Releases I put here should be ready to share with you guys with a minimal amount of work required on my part or will allow me to sculpt something different than usual. So next month you can expect:

• Barghest Fiends
• Winged Strikers in four styles: Demonic, Angelic, Bushi and Regular
• Orc Engineer in Buster Armour equipped with Teleport Device and Force Generator (I had too much fun making the first engineer and I do not want to stop with this theme yet). About the choice of factions and their release schedule, whether I should take a break from one of them for some time or rotate all three or some mix of both solutions, I’m still not decided yet. New Sneaky Bugs - we improved the design of our first Sneaky Bug released in 2021 and made for him two new friends, models are sculpted in fixed positions. Heavy Elite Strikers - follow up to the September release of Palace Guard/Exorcist Knights in Bushi, Knight and Regular styles. This time Heavy Armoured Infantry models with loads of wargear and assembly options including Standard bearers, Medic and heavy weapons. All with a ton of magnetization options. Unfortunately in the case of Strikers, we did not manage to prepare and test all supports on time. Hi Gang, Finally, we got the first part of this month's lineup ready for you to download. Spider Bug has two head types with and without tentacles and as usual cyber controller as an optional piece, hope you like how he turned out. All ready-to-print files for those guys are ready to download. Below you can also see the look of the whole Orcs Flesh Busters team. Bodies are monopose but we used our standard orc head slot, so all our previous and future orc heads will work with those guys as well. Orcs should be shared with you on Monday and before the end of the month, we will also have Recon Battlewalker, so stay tuned.

As you probably noticed this month's release schedule is pretty different from our usual one. After Kaiju Bot Project our team took a very needed vacation to charge their batteries. Now we are back, next week you can expect us to start sharing the first files and preview the rest of the August release lineup. For now, you can see the final look of Spider Bug and two of the Orc Flesh Busters.

We are aware that this delay is not great for you guys but as always in that kind of case we prefer to make files available a few days later rather than compromise the miniatures design.

As a bonus to the model, we made a few parts available also as separate pieces plus made Shoulder Pads both in regular and larger sizes to enable you an easy way to assemble one of your Heavy Infantry Striker as a Medic too. Also, we figured that this project is the perfect opportunity to prepare Shield and Cross Pads that you know from the Ultimate Hero set in regular size in case you would like to use them on your battleline Strikers infantry guys. Hi Gang! This month as usual you will be getting something for all three of our currently running factions (Strikers, Bugs and Orcs). Release will be split into three waves. In the first, which is available now, you will be getting: - New variants of Enforcer MKII Battlewalker (Knight, Bushi and Regular) -  New walkers have new weapon options that will allow for assembling full combat and full shooty configurations, new open and closed bodyies, as well as new heads and pads. Additionally, we used this expansion as an opportunity to revisit and tweak up the overall Enforcer design. Most important we made this beast even bigger while leaving the turret and weapon slots in the same size. We also improve a few details to make them look better in the dedicated scale plus widen slot connections on mini weapons on the back turret. Those of you who have access to old Enforcers should be able to see an update, an additional folder with new versions of all files from the previous set that will allow you to assemble the same model but now in a slightly different scale and also mixing parts between different sets. The second wave should be live aroud 23rd will contain: - Noise Brute Bug - a new variant of the Brute bug armed with four large talon arms. - Cannon Trooper bugs - bug infantry equipped with back-mounted bio cannons (three different poses) The final wave that should be out around 28th will bring orcs: - Orc Crazy Scientist with a Gobot Sidekick and Orc Time Jumper Racecar

Hi Gang! In June we again will split the release into three waves. Hi Gang! He is finally here, One Hero to Lead them all! All supported and unsupported files of Striker Ultimate Hero Sets in Knight, Bushi and Regular themes are ready! Our goal was to create one model that will be able to serve you as any type of Striker Leader you want depending on your current battle plan. The set of parts that we have here will allow you to assemble a unique and personalised hero for your force and If you choose to use magnets you will be able to easily change hands, back equipment and even the head of this guy just before the battle. All accessories are compatible and interchangeable with our previous sets, so you should be able to easily use for example Swords or Heavy Pads from our other releases. Hi Gang! The first wave of the April releases is here: - Prime Recon Strikers Gunners Squads in three styles (Bushi, Knight and Regular) - lightly armoured infantry units that can be equipped with many range weapons including assault carabines, plasma, flame or heater blasters. As a bonus to regular style heads for each faction we added a new version of the Executioner heads, which many of you were asking for. - Bug Troopers - due to many requests we decided to revisit our bug infantry. We prepared a number of new accessories like long-awaited range bioweapons, poison bug heads, arms, claws and even long back tentacles all to give you many options while assembling your bug force. The new body design is slightly smaller than previously released hybrids and warriors but all accessories are fully interchangeable between those sets. - Bug Maggots - small bug creatures, we prepared two sculpts of swarm blobs that will fit nicely on 40mm bases and five individual bugs that can be handy as base decoration. In the second wave (that hopefully be ready next week) you can expect to find: - Bushi Orc Bot Gunners -  elite orc infantry equipped with long-range very heavy weaponry as well as regular two-handed guns. - Orc Bot Gunners bodies and Bushi Orc Bot bodies - sets when combined with the March Releases will enable the creation of Regular Orc Bot gunners and Bushi Orc Bots.

Additionally, a truck can be assembled as a classic orc ride or as Bushi style vehicle. - Machine-gun Heavy Gunners in three flavours: Bushi, Knight and vanilla sci-fi. Guys have ammo casing on the back and ammo belts designed to fit HMG, AT cannon and Gatling. - Regular Heavy Gunners in three flavours: Bushi, Knight and vanilla sci-fi.
