Here's a brief overview of the main technical points, but please read the whole thing before you commit to becoming a supporter, thanks!
All-in tier is for those with both FDM and Resin 3D printers.
F/V/C (Resin) tier is for those with a resin 3D printer.
Terrain (FDM) tier is for those with an FDM 3D printer.
All rewards are delivered at 07:00 GMT/BST on the 4th of the month in a Patreon post, and MyMiniFactory library, with tier specific reward link posts on Patreon.
Please make sure your email for Patreon is the same as your email for MyMiniFactory.
Please note that you only receive rewards released in the month that you support me. Join after 08:00BST on 1st for that month’s rewards.
There are no new rewards during January and July (as I have December and June as holidays), so there is no billing to existing supporters during those two months. New supporters during January and July will be charged and will receive December or June's rewards respectively.
There are usually some bonus rewards near the end of the month for all supporters.
I'm David Sheff, the sculptor who is Squamous Miniatures. I create digital 3D models for you to download and print at home. They are ideal for roleplaying, wargaming, painting and dioramas. I scale my models at 35mm (1/47) to eye level for an average height human male, and they are sculpted with care by me, a veteran of the toy industry for over thirty years, for ease of printing and painting. All my products have been thoroughly tested for STL integrity and printability. All figures and models that are suitable for SLA resin printers come with pre-supported versions, set up using my many years of printing experience.
I also want to offer a high level of customer service, your happiness is very important to me and I want to keep my availability, to help you get the prints you want, high. Terrain will be specifically made with FDM printers in mind, whilst the figures and other stuff are for SLA printers.

Over the course of several months I will cover one environment, creating scenery terrain and PDF battle mats, and the figures, vehicles, and creatures that inhabit it, before moving on to the next theme. So far I’ve done the Arctic, a SkyCity, Desert, Jungle, and a Lava Outpost, but the next places we could go may be a forest, space station, or somewhere else I’ve not thought of yet.
Please note that you only receive rewards released in the month that you support me. From the 4th of the month until the last day of the month, you'll receive all the month's rewards, no matter on which day you joined (even before the 4th)

I do all the sculpting and graphics and stuff, and Bethan (wife) and Lincoln (son) do the painting of the figures. Harvey (son) often chips in with ideas, technical support, and stuff like that. I work on Squamous full-time and I will produce what I can in a month, always putting in the same level of hard work, giving you the same value to your pledges. Sometimes it may look like more stuff, sometimes less, but it has to be understood that posing, what is essentially, one trooper figure fifteen times and giving them a variety of guns, is less work intensive than doing a series of different, individual sculpts. I hope to give you sculpts and terrain that you will actually print and use to play games with and not sit on a hard drive gathering cyber dust, whatever that is.

We won't be having any polls, voting, or Discord channels, I'm afraid. I just feel terrible about the people who lose and don't get what they want! I tried it once and ended up making everything, and that can't be done on such a tight deadline of delivery in one month.

Please note: this Patreon is for STLs ONLY for 3D printing and not a physical product. Requires a 3D printer and knowledge of 3D printing to use. Technical Notes for Resin printing
The files are designed for 35mm scale miniatures.
These are high quality 3D print production files intended for resin printing. They may work on filament printers, but I do not support that printing method as standard.
STLs are provided in both pre-supported and unsupported forms. I suggest you download the free figure from my Gumroad shop to familiarize yourself with my formats and check compatibility with your printer(s).
I suggest a printer such as the Elegoo Saturn as being compatible with the files as this is what they were test printed on.
Technical Notes for FDM printing
The files are designed for 35mm scale miniatures.
These are high quality 3D print production files intended for filament printing. They may work on resin printers, but I do not support that printing method as standard.
STLs are oriented for best printing and may require supports, unless it states in the description that do not. I suggest you download the free model from my Gumroad shop to familiarize yourself with my formats and check compatibility with your printer(s).
I suggest a printer such as the Creality Ender3 v2 with a bed of 220mm x 220mm by height 250mm as being compatible with the files as this is what they were test printed on.
Legal notes
STL files are sold on an "as-is" basis only, I do not accept modification requests and printing and technical support is not provided.
3D Printable files have strictly non-commercial, non-distribution licenses and shall be downloaded for personal use only.
The customer may not share, distribute, sell, rent, sub-license, host or transfer the 3D printable file.
The customer may not 3D print these files for commercial or mass production purpose.
3D printable files maybe downloaded for personal only and may not be used for marketing, collecting money, fees, donations, reimbursement or any purposes of remuneration: Including but not limited to selling 3D prints, posting content on ebay, Etsy, Shapeways, Facebook, store or any other product or file sharing or distribution site or service
If you try to support me using the "Custom Pledge" you will receive no rewards, and I will block you from my Patreon.
If you are discovered to be a know file sharer you will be blocked and all patreon rewards will be removed.
If you contravene any of these above legal notes rules, you will be blocked from the Patreon and all the MyMinFactory Library will be removed. I will also block you everywhere else I can, and also pass your information on to other sculptors.
