We’re thrilled to announce our next painting competition kicking off today December 13, 2024, with a deadline to submit your entries by January 10, 2025! After the success of our previous contest, we’re excited to bring the community together again to showcase your amazing skills. As always, our goal is to make this competition inclusive and rewarding for all our supporters. Let’s dive into the details!

For this contest, we’re focusing on the December busts. With five unique models to choose from, each bust is packed with intricate details, making them perfect for exploring and experimenting with a variety of painting techniques.

From the very beginning, Frank had a clear vision of what he wanted. The design of A.F.A.L. was a collaborative effort to create a model inspired by a partner he plays with in a campaign. From the initial ideas to detailed iterations, Frank’s feedback helped us refine every element. We worked on achieving the perfect balance of elegance and functionality, ensuring A.F.A.L. embodied every aspect of the character she is based on. This journey included:

• Multiple iterations to perfect her graceful yet mechanical aesthetic (oops—we almost forgot the featureless face!).

• Collaborating to integrate her role, unique items, and Art Nouveau details.

We made a small adjustment to improve its balance by adding a cube that supports the hair. You can print the cube with transparent resin or paint it black, so it won’t interfere too much with the model's appearance. Hey everyone, It's been a while since I last checked in here. First off, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported our project over the years. It's incredibly challenging to work on something you love, and I feel so grateful to have been able to do that for the past few years. It truly makes me feel privileged. I want to open up a bit with you all. The reason for my absence is that I've been battling depression and burnout for the last decade. This struggle has brought many highs and lows, but towards the end of last year and the beginning of this year, I experienced a burnout so severe that I was bedridden. The exhaustion was so deep that I couldn't manage even the simplest daily tasks. I desperately wanted to come here and communicate with you during this time, but I just couldn't gather the strength to write what I'm sharing now. Trying to understand what was happening to me was something my exhaustion didn't allow, and being unable to do so made me feel really upset. I wanted to explain and give you, the people who help me live my dream, an update, but I had to accept that TPK, this project I love, would have to be put on hold until I got better. I'm currently undergoing therapy, which has been immensely helpful. I had a neuropsychological evaluation for a more detailed diagnosis and found out that, among other things, I have ADHD. This predisposes me to burnout if left untreated. I never imagined that getting a diagnosis at my age would be so important, but with the right diagnosis, I could start the appropriate treatment, and what I've been battling for so long has become much more manageable over the past month. It's a type of progress I never experienced with other treatments. I want to offer some advice to anyone who might need it: seek help, and don't hesitate to try more than one treatment if necessary. I also want to apologize to everyone. If you sent a message that hasn't been answered, I'll be responding soon. I'm feeling better and ready to get back to my duties at TPK. We have some collections delayed. The models for February, March, April, and May are ready and will be released very soon. Thank you so much, and I hope you have a wonderful start to June. Bruno

The Characters

Rakshasa Enchanter

A very charismatic fiend, arrogant and with superiority complex. Uses a dagger as a magic focus/weapon.

Aarokra Aristocrat

A humanoid chubby dove. Dreassed in very fine clothes. With a huge silly hat. Give loads to charities and help the poor. But truth to be told, they are also a cult leader of a dark deity. With goals as dark as their god.

Xorgan the Organ Grinder

Xorgan is a lawful evil demon who is a duke from one of the Nine Hells. While evil, puts manners above all else; keeps to a high society sophistication while looking down on the dregs and their lack of proper culture. Has an immense passion for music, loves vocals/A Capella the most. Purposely makes deals with singers in order to steal their voice in by removing their head, throat and vocal cords and installing them in his massive pipe organ. With this organ, Xorgan can cast multiple spells at once using the stolen voices.

A Werehorse, upright bipedal horseman

Upright horseman, bipedal, hooves on feet and hands are fleshy appendages for grasping.

Doggo the lamp and Genie

The genie is somewhat ethereal, coming out of the dog's head (maw, eyes, nostrils). It's evil because it's bitter of being stuck in an animal. It wasn't particularly nice to begin with but now it's really angry and scheming to try to get released from the dog. But no one wants to talk to it because the dog is too scary

Wooden Warforged

Carved/scrolled wood, little metal, fantasy construct as opposed to sci-fi.

In July we are celebrating 1 year of TPK Lab. With that in mind, I'd like to open up a little with you.

With each new bundle I feel fulfilled and happy with what I'm doing and with the incredible community that has been created.

You are amazing!!!

But I must say that I still often feel very distant from you and I would like to know how we can grow our bonds.

I'm at a very difficult time in my life, with the recent loss of my father and trying to heal from a depression that came with the pandemic. Sometime I feel like I'm failing you. Mainly when I cannot answer you in time or keep some deadlines. I'm really sorry about it.

Creating TPK and being able to do what I'm doing is a dream come true.

I want to thank you for being part of it all, thank you for making TPK possible.

Hello guys! I'm sorry it took a while for us to preview the March bundle. I had some family related emergencies this week due to Covid19. We are starting a new story with the March bundle. So we'll have some low level enemies. The Plot for the Damned Court is a demon in desguise controling a guild to find an ancient artifact.
